Updation of Revenue Database Survey in Gudivada Municipality

Preparation of GIS (Geo-graphical Information System Survey) Base Maps, Updation of Revenue Database Survey and Rationalisation of House Numbering system by Aarvee Associate company in Gudivada ULB. GIS Survey Team members and Municipal Bill Collectors are visited during survey.
APMDP has taken up the project of Updation of Revenue Data Base and Rationalisation of House numbering including intigration and updation with GIS base map in respect of Gudivada Municipality from 10th May-2018 onwards.
The following documents are required while visit GIS Survey team members to concerned house site.
1. Property Tax Receipt/Water Tax Receipt
2. Property owner Aadhar card number
3. If owner is not available, then provide tenant aadhar card number
4. Mobile Number
5. Valid E mail Id
6. Current Bill receipt
7. Plan document number and date of concerned property
8. If property is not resident then provide D&O Trade license Number.
